Colonel Politov, Bulgarian Army, Retired, has extensive experience in international military trade (former Ministry of Foreign Trade) and in national export administration regulations (Ministry of Economy). He dealt with hundreds of license applications (export, import, transfer, brokering, transport, transit). Also, he served Ministry of Defense for 28 years.
